Efektivitas Piala Dunia 2018

Edisi Refisi 12 Januari 2019.Pertandingan bola kaki berskala dunia yang kita sebut Piala Dunia memang diadakan setiap 4 atau 5 tahun. Tentu pertandingan itu disukai oleh setiap orang di seluruh dunia senang dengan bola, termasuk saya. Saya senang dengan menyaksikan pertandingan bola kaki apalagi piala dunia seperti yang terjadi tahun 2018. Dalam piala dunia bola kaki 2018,ada banyak hal yang kita bisa pelajari dan menjadikan menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat bagi kita.

Dalam konteks piala dunia 2018, kita menonton keahlian para pemain dari negara-negara peserta piala dunia di Rusia memang menyenangkan. Di Indonesia misalnya, kita baru selesai Pilkada, ada euforia bola. Ada yang senang karena jagoannya menang dalam pertandingan. Namun ada pula yang jagoannya kalah. Misalnya ada yang senang dengan kesebelasan Jerman pasti merasa lesu karena Jerman gagal maju dalam pertandingan selanjutnya. Jerman harus angkat koper dari Rusia. Ya namanya pertandingan. Ada yang kalah dan ada yang menang. Ada masa sedih dan masa senang.Saya sejak piala dunia 1990 tidak mau lagi faforit pada pemain maupun kesebelasan tertentu. Waktu itu saya sangat senang dengan Kesebelasan Belanda, senang dengan cara main Ruth Gulit, Marco van Basten. Ketika mereka kalah saya kecewa luar biasa, sulit menerima fakta kekalahan mereka. Intinya saya sangat terganggu. Sejak saat itu saya mulai berusaha untuk tidak faoritkan suatu tim. Tiba saat nonton bola ya nonton saja. Saya mengalir saja. Dalam Piala dunia di Rusia, pasti banyak yang terganggu ketika Argentina kalah, apalagi Lionel Mesi gagal eksekusi penalti. Saya senang Mesi tetapi tidak terlalu faforit karena pengalaman piala dunia 1990.Berikut peserta piala dunia bola kaki di Rusia.

Bila kita nilai peserta piala dunia maka negara pertama yang tidak efektif atau gagal dalam meraih prestasi selanjutnya sampai final bola di Rusia yaitu:

1. Jerman.

Kualitas para pemain Jerman pasti tidak diragukan. Pertandingan Jerman vs Korea Selatan berlansung dalam tempo yang menarik. Jerman lebih banyak menekan Korea Selatan. Hal ini Nampak dari upaya pemain Jerman yaitu Timo Werner, Thomas Muller, dan Mesut Ozil mengancam pertahanan Korea Selatan. Namun hasilnya keberuntungan ada di pihak Korea Selatan Hanya saja faktor keberuntungan. Mereka menguasai bola tetapi akhirnya fakta membuktikan mereka dikalahkan Korea Selatan. Walaupun begitu, pemain Jerman adalah pemain berkualitas dunia.

Negara-negara yang sukses mengikuti pertandingan sampai akhirnya menjadi pemenang atau kita sebut sebagai juara piala dunia yang dalam hal ini diraih oleh Tim Perancis. Mereka keluar sebagai pemenang. Kemenangan tersebut tentu melalui perjuangan tim. Efektivitas kemenangan itu didasarkan pada kerja sama tim. Jadi, kita belajar kesuksesan berdasarkan kerja sama tim. Disinilah efektivitas itu kita belajar dari kesebelasan yang menang dalam piala dunia 2018.

Malam ini saya download gambar di pixabay, foto yang saya download selanjutnya saya kompres dan publikasikan di setiap postingan. Saya ambil gambar di pixabay karena free. Dalam keasikan mencari gambar yang cocok untuk postingan, saya menemukan gambar yang didalamnya ada informasi “Guru Polandia”. Saya langsung ownload dan publikasikan sebuah artikel dengan judul “Efektivitas Komptensi Guru Polandia”. Saya sendiri belum pernah ke Polandia. Ya dasar blogger! Apa saja bias dikelola menjadi informasi. Kembali kepada guru Polandia, saya mencari beberapa informasi. Pertama dari Wikipedia. Di Polandia dikenal juga pendidikan wajib yang dikenakan kepada anak usia 6 tahun. Jadi pada usia 7 tahun anak sudah masuk kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar (Polandia Szkola Podstawowa) yang dilaksanakan selama 6 tahun. Kemudian dilanjutkan ke pendidikan menengah bawah selama 3 tahun dan sekolah menengah atas 3 tahun. Setiap mengakhiri Sekolah dasar, sekolah menengah bawah dan atas selalu ada ujian. Mungkin seperti yang kita kenal di Indonesia. Di Polandia juga ada kementerian Pendidikan yang disebut dengan Kementerian pendidikan Polandia yang menurut informasi Wikipedia, kementerian pendidikan di Polandia adalah kementerian pendidikan pertama di dunia. Tokoh pendiri Departemen Pendidikan yang pertama di dunia yaitu di Polandia namanya King Stanisław August Poniatowski pada 1773.Kementerian yang menangani Pendidikan Matematika, Sains dan Literasi. Malam ini saya mencoba menulis artikel tentang topik:"Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Perempuan". Judul artikel ini bermaksud untuk memaparkan tentang realitas di sekolah sekolah mulai dari Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Sekolah Menengah atas bahkan sampai pada Perguruan Tinggi, ada yang dipimpin oleh seorang perempuan. Perkembangan initentu menggembirakan karena kepemimpinan bukan monopoli kaum Patriakal (baca: laki-laki). Beberapa tahun yang lalu, saya ke sekolah anak saya di SD. Kalau demikian apa efektivitas dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang berasal dari kalangan perempuan?

Ada beragam definisi tentang manajemen dan pembelajaran yang bertebaran di buku dan juga di internet. Kita tinggal mencari dan berusaha memahami kedua kata itu. Namun dalam artikel ini saya cenderung mengemukakan inti manajemen yaitu pribadi yang bekerja sama. Bila tidak ada pribadi yang bekerja sama maka tidak ada ilmu manajemen. Ilmu manajemen akan kehiangan alasan ontology karena tidak ada pribadi yang bekerja sama. Manajemen kemudian di lamar oleh setiap disiplin ilmu atau bidang kehidupan manusia. Pendidikan misalnya mencari dan melamar serta mempersunting (menikah =menyatukan) Manajemen dengan Pendidikan maka lahirlah anaknya yang bernama “Manajemen Pendidikan”. Lalu apa kerjanya manajemen yang telah berumah tangga di pendidikan (Manajemen Pendidikan). Tentu banyak kerjanya. Oleh karena itulah maka lahirlah banyak karya tentang manajemen pendidikan. Salah satunya yaitu Manajemen Proses Pembelajaran Berbasis Kepuasaan Peserta Didik.
